Job requirements
1. Sales director: 1, with more than five years of work experience on the job, college degree or above; broad knowledge, keen market insight, strong execution and organizational coordination; strong team management ability, planning Ability, excellent communication ability and teamwork ability, can withstand greater work pressure; have new ideas for market development, outstanding market development ability, and corresponding customer resources are preferred; Salary: annual salary system (negotiable)

2. Business managers: 6, college degree or above, with more than 3 years of sales experience, strong ability to withstand pressure; Salary: basic salary + commission = comprehensive salary of more than 8,000.

3. Bag collectors: 10, 18-45 years old, female, junior high school education or above, no color blindness, color weakness, hard-working, able to adapt to shift work, have more than 1 year experience in bag collection, and can independently operate bag collection and bag management ; No work experience, can start as an apprentice. Salary: 4500-5500 yuan/month.

4. Minister of Planning: 1, with more than 3 years of management experience in the same position as the PMC minister (manager) of large and medium-sized manufacturing industries; those who work in the flexible packaging industry are preferred. Salary: 7000-8000 yuan/month.

5. Printing captains: 3, 25-40 years old, junior high school education or above, familiar with the gravure printing process, more than 3-5 years of working experience as a flexible packaging gravure printing captain, and have certain practical experience in cost control and quality management; Salary: 9000-12000 yuan/month.

6. Printing assistants: 3, technical secondary school or above, familiar with the gravure printing process, and have more than 2 years of working experience as assistants in plastic packaging and printing of cooked food; cooperate with the entire crew to assist the captain in work to ensure effective and smooth production; salary Treatment: 6500-9500 yuan/month.

7. Printing/composite supervisor: 1 each, with a high school degree or above, more than 8 years of work experience in the gravure printing flexible packaging industry, 3 years of work experience in the same industry, proficient in the corresponding production process technology of the industry, and excellent production plan management capabilities. Salary: Annual salary of 150,000 - 180,000 (the outstanding ones are negotiable).

8. Technical Minister: 1, familiar with the management of various processes, technology, production, quality and other aspects of color printing and packaging; rich practical experience in production management, cost control, quality management, production technology, equipment logistics, etc. With good professional ethics and team awareness, more than 5 years of industry work experience, of which more than 3 years of comprehensive production management experience. Salary: Annual salary of more than 200,000.

9. Ink tuner: 1, high school education or above, major in printing is preferred; more than 3 years of work experience, proficient in gravure ink mixing technology. Salary 7000-8000 yuan / month.

10. Quality inspection captains: 2, with experience in on-site quality control and management, and familiar with ISO90002 quality management system. Familiar with the quality control process of the printing industry. Practical and hard-working, strong ability to withstand pressure, good communication skills, and good quality awareness. Familiar with the operation of the computer system of the printed matter inspection machine. Salary 5500-6200 yuan / month.
