Dear colleagues:
Happy New Year!
This year, everyone experienced the most unusual Spring Festival ever. With the virus raging, Wuhan falling under its grip, and the nation facing a crisis—when every citizen feels responsible—we've all been staying at home, contributing to our country for over a month now.
The company has always prioritized everyone’s safety and health above all else! Life is paramount—more valuable than Mount Tai—and in the face of this epidemic, responding swiftly is our command, while effective prevention and control is our shared responsibility. To firmly ensure the safety and well-being of all employees against the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak, even as businesses across Xiangtan and throughout China have now fully resumed operations, and despite mounting customer orders and pressing production deadlines, the company continues to postpone the full resumption of work and production until further notice.
As of today, newly confirmed COVID-19 cases outside Hubei Province have declined for the 15th consecutive day. In Xiangtan City, confirmed cases have remained consistently below 35, and the city’s overall epidemic situation remains preventable and controllable. Meanwhile, the company’s key customers have also begun to resume production and operations on a large scale.
Recently, the company has fully complied with national epidemic prevention requirements by thoroughly disinfecting and sanitizing the entire workplace environment. We have also stockpiled ample防疫 supplies—including masks, alcohol, disinfectant solutions, and traditional Chinese medicines designed to support防疫 efforts—and proactively prepared for employees' production and daily life needs in line with COVID-19 control measures. With the epidemic situation remaining stable both within the company premises and in the surrounding areas—creating a safe and secure environment that allows everyone to return to work with peace of mind—the company, after obtaining approval from relevant government authorities through proper reporting procedures, has gradually resumed operations in an orderly manner starting February 13.
Colleagues, In these particularly challenging times, the sustained growth of our company is more closely tied to each and every one of you than ever before. Collaborative success and mutual benefit require all of us to work together with unwavering determination. At this critical stage, while we must remain vigilant about the risks posed by the virus, we should also bravely face the pandemic without succumbing to panic. Instead, let’s proactively adopt scientifically sound health measures for ourselves, and wholeheartedly support the national government in our collective fight against COVID-19. Ensuring the smooth resumption of company operations and production is not only our responsibility to ourselves, our families, and our organization—it’s also our strongest contribution to the nation as a whole. Let’s rise to the occasion with courage and unity!

As per the company’s instructions, let’s return to the Guoya family—gradually, in an orderly manner, and as soon as possible—to resume our work.
