1. The puncture resistance of the plastic bag after vacuuming. One of the important functions of the bag, whether it is a shipping package or a sales package: to protect the food. If most of them are punctured, there will be no maintenance. So we need to know whether our products have sharp and hard substances, and what level can the puncture reach. In the ordinary method, let the packaging manufacturer provide samples, vacuum packaging and test by themselves, and then throw, throw, press and other methods, and then see if there is any broken bag phenomenon.

2. In what environment is the vacuum bag used? Including the processing environment, storage environment, transportation environment, different environments require different plastic films and printing processes. For example, ready-to-eat brine duck feet, after vacuum packaging, use high temperature sterilization and boiled sterilization, and the material requirements for the packaging bags are different. High temperature sterilization requires plastic film to withstand high temperature above 121 °C, boiling sterilization requires high temperature resistance of 100 °C, and it is insoluble in water under high temperature environment and has strong water resistance.

3. Maintain other needs of food. Food vacuum bags are used to extend the shelf life and better preserve their color, aroma and taste. In addition to the need for puncture resistance, there are many other functional requirements. Such as salt-baked chicken legs and salt-baked chicken wings, they will all have oil and produce aromatic molecules, and plastic bags must have oil resistance and fragrance retention.
